I . RETURN PROCESS
If you have a problem after receiving your order please send an email to our customer service at support@cosplaylab.com
To ensure a fast and smooth warranty process:
- Please send us your order number, describe the problem and provide us with a picture showing the problem.
- Once we receive your message, we will reply to you within 2 working days.
- Please don't send it back to the address of the package; Only to the address provided by our customer service. The return is only valid after it is accepted by the customer service center.
II . APPLICATION Of RETURN POLICY

We only accept refunds for accessories, props, wigs and standard size costumes. You need to ensure that the goods are unused, unstained and unbroken status. Besides, you will have to bear the shipping cost for sending the goods back to our warehouse.
- Due to the special size of customized or tailor-made costume, we do NOT accept return of customized or tailor-made costume.
- Returns and exchanges shall be made within 7 natural days after the package delivered.
- We provide full refund or replacement of defective/wrong products (damage caused by customers is not included in this category). And we will bear the re-shipping cost.

- Garment doesn't fit;
VI . HOW OFTEN DO CUSTOMERS RECEIVE A REFUND
- The refunds will be returned back to you in 3 business days after we receive the item in good condition.
VII . PACKAGE RETURNED
- Please tell us the tracking number after you have returned an item.
