Inspiration: Honestly, I'd never seen anyone make them all that accurately, so I just decided to try my hand at it and sell them on Ebay. The set pictured here is the third I've made, and easily the best. I'm terribly proud of my hairsticks. :3 They are VERY accurate.

Favorite Aspect: I used all metallic and pearlescent paints on these, and I think it really makes a difference. The sticks have subtle gradients from tip to end, and all of them shimmer all pretty-like. Also, I adore the little chain of bells on the bottom left one. I hand-strung the little gold bells onto a tiny chain, just like Lulu's.
Least Favorite Aspect: Waiting for the paints to dry. I'm so impatient for that.
Easiest Task: Painting the sticks themselves
Hardest Task: All the Sculpey work. Also, painting the "petals" on the four-petaled one with the bells. It's really tough to get even a tiny brush to the inner parts of the petals.
