Inspiration: At AnimeIowa me and my buddies saw Hellsing at, like, 3 in the morning and immediately anounced that it was our duty as cosplayers to make the fun, happy costumes. C'mon now- short skirt, thigh-highs, a kawaii police girl uniform, funky hair and a big, big gun? That sounds like a job for Hil-Hil!!!
Favorite Aspect: The shirt of my police uniform. I mean, look how cute it is! I'll wear it around sometime just for kicks.
Least Favorite Aspect: Having my bum hang out of the costume and a bunch of anime-illiterates (has anyone in Indiana heard of Hellsing?) think I was some chick from Burn-up
Easiest Task: The boots. I just happened to have a pair of ankle-high platforms in my back pocket, so I whipped 'em out!
Hardest Task: Knocking into the ceiling with my cannon. The C-Kon ceilings were especially low, and I kept lifting up panelling with the flashguard. Luckily, it only looked heavy.
