Inspiration: I saw a few Robins at Anime Central 2003, and was struck by how dramatic the costume could be. I saw the beginning of the series at GenCon and AFO later that year, and by the opening of the first episode, I wanted to cosplay, and had already planned how to do the wig by the end of the episode. I feel sorta like I'm hopping on the bandwagon, but hey. It's a great character and an awesome design.

Favorite Aspect: The pendant (fantasyprops.com... it's awesome!), the shirt, and the wig. I was surprised that I could move in the shirt, considering how well it fits and how little it stretches, but hey, it worked. The collar ended up fitting really nicely, too. And the wig was often mistaken for my real hair, which is *always* fun.
Plus, at Expo '04, Katsu '05, and Anime Boston '05, I got to take pictures with the gorgeous Rosiel as Amon! I've also been fortunate enough to have Railiens, AnimeAngel, and Jinyo as WHR buddies as well.
This has been a favorite costume for both group and solo cosplay (Also, it photographs INSANELY well!). I love it.

Least Favorite Aspect: I feel unsatisfied with the costume... I'm continuing to make small alterations when I get the chance, and hopefully, one day I'll be happy with it!

Easiest Task: Mostly pattern modification or (gasp!) following, than any pattern design... which is good.

Hardest Task: I made this in a very, very tiny dorm room. To this day, I still don't know quite how I managed.
