Inspiration: Well, to tell you the truth...I haven't really liked many Inu-Yasha cosplayers in the past, so I decided to try my hand at it this year. Also, my friend was dressing as Kagome, and what better time to make one for Inu-Yasha?
Favorite Aspect: I just love everything about it. Especially since the outer coat is still a normal coat when unfolded. :D
Least Favorite Aspect: Mmm...probably the fact that I didn't wash the red material before I made the costume, so it sort of bled on the under hapi. Also, the fake nails I used for claws got quite annoying after a while.
Easiest Task: Uuuh....I dunno...the necklace? The wig? The ears? The pants? Everything was pretty damn easy, I'd say.
Hardest Task: Seriously? Finding a good red material that would not only hang correctly, but was the right opaqueness and had the right amount of give to it. Besides that, it was probably figuring out how I should make the outer coat so you could still unfold it and it wouldn't look completely cracked out.
