Inspiration: I wanted to reuse my Belldandy wig, so I decided to do this dress from the manga. I streamlined it a little more to make it look a bit more like the later Belldandy, but it was a very fun and different project.

Favorite Aspect: The blue corset with the white designs on it. I really like how it came out. Unfortunately you can't see it most of the time! I also really liked the orange fabric for the shawl - I came across is at Halloween the year before in the Halloween sale pile and knew I wanted it for this.

Least Favorite Aspect: The back of the orange shawl - it has the pieces hanging down that I handpainted, and you can hardly see them. I always wanted to go back and add wire into them so they'd stick out but never did. I also always wished I had wired the pieces coming off the head a little stronger, they bent a bit too much.

Easiest Task: Dying the pink fabric, making the orange shawl, reusing my gloves, footies and wig from my previous Bell costume.

Hardest Task: Doing the white designs on the corset. Also the ones on the headpiece - wasn't really HARD, but I ran out of time and had to glue them instead of sewing them.
