Inspiration: Allen wanted to be Zoro.
So he could play someone hawt.
Mission: accomplished.
I decided on arlong Park Zoro because it seemed "easiest" of his incarnations, as well as the hawtest. Ahhh...silly girl...
Favorite Aspect: Allen is just, physically, a wonderful Zoro.
Costume-wise, it would have to be the shirt. It took FOREVER to do it (all hand-painted, baby!) but the result is fabulous even if I do say so myself.
The earrings also turned out rather nicely, for being hand-made jobbies.
Least Favorite Aspect: Ghetto Ichimonji - the fake Halloween sword that I had to paint white. But we do so love Ghetto Ichimonji just for the joke value.
Easiest Task: The pants were already Allen's.
Hardest Task: PAINTING THE SHIRT. I recreated Zoro's Arlong Park shirt painstakingly, and it took forever.
Also, the hair. We had to make do with the cheap-ass spray-on haircolor, and all I can say about THAT is - thank GOD/Smoker Allen is a natural blonde.
