Inspiration: When I first saw Avatar in 2005, I was like "Hmm, this show is kinda cute! That angsty kid's VA has a lisp! LAWLZ." Then, in the fall of 2006, my friend Meredith's love of the show infected me and I got hooked. Ty Lee was my favorite female character (Sokka is my favorite character overall), and I thought it would be fun to cosplay her when Meredith cosplayed Katara.

Favorite Aspect: I love the way the collar looks. :3

Least Favorite Aspect: My wig looked kinda lifeless and kept sliding back. :P Also, the adhesive velcro I used to fasten the skirt kept un-adhesive...ing. Boo.

Easiest Task: I actually had problems drafting everything BUT the triangular collar piece.

Hardest Task: When I first made the skirt, it was WAY too tight. After stressing over it, I slit the back petal up the middle and made it so that there were 2 petals in the back, which is actually more accurate! ^^
