Inspiration: I love Asuka! She's a redhead like me! I like to look at the good aspects of Asuka, her determination, her strength, etc rather than the fact that she's a tad temperamental. Her plugsuit is the ultimate costume I could make of hers, and even though I'm finished, I feel as I progress in skill I will remake it until it's perfect!

Favorite Aspect: The breastplate dealies, and the bodysuit as a whole. I also love how the little details turned out: the wrists, the ribcage plugs, the backpack lettering....

Least Favorite Aspect: Restricted Mobility (I used 2 way, not 4 way, spandex)

Easiest Task: Well, it's funny because I made about 3 or 4 prototype gloves for this costume, but failed each time. I'd have to say that when I found a pair of red gloves in a thrift store one day for 3 dollars, they turned from the hardest task to the easiest.

Hardest Task: Believe it or not those synch clips almost killed me! I remade them a total of 4 times and they still aren't that great :S Everything on this costume was hard for me, besides sewing the initial bodysuit and outersuit. I taught myself how to sew, make props, problem-solve, EVERYTHING on this first costume of mine. It was an intense learning experience, to say the least.
